针对CAD/CAM系统不能自动生成加工参数的问题,国内外许多学者提出了利用加工过程模拟技术优化加工程序的思想。随着对切削机理认识的不断加深和计算机仿真技术的发展,铣削加工模拟优化系统得到了大量的研究和开发。对铣削过程模拟中的两个关键技术——几何模拟技术和物理模拟技术进行了归纳和分析。
針對CAD/CAM繫統不能自動生成加工參數的問題,國內外許多學者提齣瞭利用加工過程模擬技術優化加工程序的思想。隨著對切削機理認識的不斷加深和計算機倣真技術的髮展,鐉削加工模擬優化繫統得到瞭大量的研究和開髮。對鐉削過程模擬中的兩箇關鍵技術——幾何模擬技術和物理模擬技術進行瞭歸納和分析。

The use of CAD/CAM systems and NC machine tools for die and mouldmanufacturing offers considerable advantages over conventional methods. However, these systems provide little assistance to the part programmer in terms of choosing the proper cutting conditions. Therefor, the idea of utilizing process simulation technology to optimize NC programs has been presented by many researchers. With the increasing insight into the mechanism of cutting and the development of computer simulation technology, a lot of milling process simulation systems were researched and developed. The two key techniques of milling process simulation, i.e. geometric simulation technique and physical simulation technique, are summarized and analyzed in this paper.
