目的探讨颈前路减压BAK植入椎体间融合治疗颈椎椎间盘突出症的效果。方法应用颈前路减压BAK植入融合治疗颈椎间盘突出症16例，随访观察其早期固定及后期融合效果。结果16例患者都能早期恢复活动，术后3～4个月均获得骨性愈合，手术无并发症，无BAK移位。结论BAK植入椎体间融合在颈椎椎间盘突出症前路减压术中有良好的早期固定、后期融合作用。
목적탐토경전로감압BAK식입추체간융합치료경추추간반돌출증적효과。방법응용경전로감압BAK식입융합치료경추간반돌출증16례，수방관찰기조기고정급후기융합효과。결과16례환자도능조기회복활동，술후3～4개월균획득골성유합，수술무병발증，무BAK이위。결론BAK식입추체간융합재경추추간반돌출증전로감압술중유량호적조기고정、후기융합작용。
ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of treatment forprotrusion of cervial intervertebral disc(PCID) by anterior decompres sion and BAK interbody fusion. Methods Anterior decompression and BAK inter body fusion were used in 16 case with PCID. The effects of early stabilizing and late bony fusion were observed and followed up. Results All of 16 cases re covered their activity in 48-72 hours and got bony fusion 3-4 months later witho ut operative complications and displacement of BAK. Conclusion BAK interbod y fusion exhibits advantages of early stabilizing and late bony fusion for PCID.
