封冻期径流成分按补给来源分主要以地下水补给为主。根据地下水退水的一般规律，提出了针对天然河道封冻期流量推求方法的建议。在一般情况下，中小河流稳定封冻期流量推求应以实测流量过程线法为主。

Based on the supplying resources,ground water was considered as the primary resource to the main runoff in the freezing period.According to the general pattern of ground water lowering,this paper suggested a volume calculation method in the natural river courses in the freezing period.The result showed that the measured volume“Course Line” method should be generally taken as the primary one in calculation of the stable volume of the medium-and small-size rivers during the freezing period.
