Tomicus piniperda%aggregation pheromones%EAG
采用昆虫触角电位(EAG)记录方法,测定了松小蠢(Tomicus piniperda)成虫对18种松小蠢和云南松挥发性聚集信息化合物样品的EAG反应,分析了松小蠢雌、雄成虫触角对几种高活性化合物剂量的反应。EAG测定表明,松小蠹雌、雄成虫对虫体挥发性单组分聚集信息化合物MBXS和MBXT,以及由虫体和云南松挥发物为主组成的复组分化合物α-PX+MBXT和α-Px+β-PX+MBXS有较强的触角电位反应,其剂量反应曲线呈现"S"型,并且反应阈值较低,其中主要成分为α-PX和MBXT的复组分化合物引起松小蠹成虫触角的EAG反应最大。初步确定了松小蠢成虫聚集信息素的候选化合物。
採用昆蟲觸角電位(EAG)記錄方法,測定瞭鬆小蠢(Tomicus piniperda)成蟲對18種鬆小蠢和雲南鬆揮髮性聚集信息化閤物樣品的EAG反應,分析瞭鬆小蠢雌、雄成蟲觸角對幾種高活性化閤物劑量的反應。EAG測定錶明,鬆小蠹雌、雄成蟲對蟲體揮髮性單組分聚集信息化閤物MBXS和MBXT,以及由蟲體和雲南鬆揮髮物為主組成的複組分化閤物α-PX+MBXT和α-Px+β-PX+MBXS有較彊的觸角電位反應,其劑量反應麯線呈現"S"型,併且反應閾值較低,其中主要成分為α-PX和MBXT的複組分化閤物引起鬆小蠹成蟲觸角的EAG反應最大。初步確定瞭鬆小蠢成蟲聚集信息素的候選化閤物。

By taking the method of EAG recording, the EAG reaction of Tomicus piniperda adults to 18 kinds of aggregation pheromones were detected, and then the reaction of antennae of male and female adults to doses of high active aggregation pheromones was analyzed. EAG determination shows the male and female adults of Tomicus piniperda have a very strong reaction to both single component aggregation pheromones (MBXS and MBXT)and multiple component aggregation pheromones (α-PX + MBXT and β-PX + MBXS). The dose reaction appears to be "S" shape and threshold value is relatively low. The multiple component aggregation pheromone composed of α-PX and MBXT causes the strongest EAG reaction. Thus, the compounds to be selected as aggregation pheromones of Tomicus piniperda have been defined preliminarily.
