利用溶剂萃取、正相硅胶柱层析及RP-8硅胶柱层析,从伞形科柴胡属植物三岛柴胡的种子中分离出三种柴胡皂甙,即:柴胡皂甙c,柴胡皂甙d,6"-乙酰基柴胡皂甙d.它们的结构通过IR、UV、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR等现代波谱技术以及与标准样品对照确定.
利用溶劑萃取、正相硅膠柱層析及RP-8硅膠柱層析,從傘形科柴鬍屬植物三島柴鬍的種子中分離齣三種柴鬍皂甙,即:柴鬍皂甙c,柴鬍皂甙d,6"-乙酰基柴鬍皂甙d.它們的結構通過IR、UV、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR等現代波譜技術以及與標準樣品對照確定.
이용용제췌취、정상규효주층석급RP-8규효주층석,종산형과시호속식물삼도시호적충자중분리출삼충시호조대,즉:시호조대c,시호조대d,6"-을선기시호조대d.타문적결구통과IR、UV、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR등현대파보기술이급여표준양품대조학정.
By solvent extraction, silica gel and RP- 8 column chromatography, three saikosaponins: saikosaponin c (Compound Ⅰ ), saikosaponin d ( Compound Ⅱ ), and 6" - o - acetylsaikosaponin d( Compound Ⅲ ) haved been isolated from the seeds of Bupleurum Falcatum L.. Their structure identification were accomplished by the combination of IR、 MS、1HNMR and 13C NMR spectrum technique, together with the comparison with the authentic compounds.
