目的：探讨肺结核合并糖尿病病人临床特征及治疗预后。方法：回顾性分析45例肺结核合并糖尿病病人的临床表现、检查结果、合并症及治疗与转归。结果：肺结核合并糖尿病病人临床症状重，合并症多，X线表现复杂，病死率高。结论：对肺结核合并糖尿病病人要加以重视，首先防治糖尿病，同时进行正规抗结核治疗。
목적：탐토폐결핵합병당뇨병병인림상특정급치료예후。방법：회고성분석45례폐결핵합병당뇨병병인적림상표현、검사결과、합병증급치료여전귀。결과：폐결핵합병당뇨병병인림상증상중，합병증다，X선표현복잡，병사솔고。결론：대폐결핵합병당뇨병병인요가이중시，수선방치당뇨병，동시진행정규항결핵치료。
Objective: To discuss the clinical characteristic, therapy and prognosis of patients of pulmonary tuberculosis withdiabetes. Methods: 45 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes were analysed tetrospectively on the manefestation, exam-ination, complication and treatment. Results: Patients of pulmonary tuberculosis with diavbetes were severe, more complica-tions, more mortality and more complex in X rays. Conclusion: More attention must be paid on the patients of plumonary tu-berculosis with diabetes. Treatment should be taken for diabetes as well as tuberculosis.
