针对现行油田火筒加热炉钢耗量大、热效率低等问题,提出一种带纵肋烟管的新结构,推导了该结构的数学模型,并进行了数值计算与分析
。结果表明,肋高与半径之比等于0.2时,强化换热效果较好,可使对流段烟管长度减少35%.

A new type of flue pipe with longitudinal ribs is proposed against big steel consumption and low heat efficiency.The mathematical model is deduced and numerical calculation is carried on.The results indicate that convective flue pipe length cut down by 35% when the ratio of rib height and radius is 0.2.
