用内电解法处理含N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)工业废水,研究pH、Fe:C(体积比)、活性炭粒径和水力停留时间(HRT)等对该废水处理效果的影响,并确定最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明:存进水浓度维持在50 mg/L左右,最佳的工艺参数pH、Fe:C和HRT分别为3.0、1:1和60 min时,DMAC去除率高达到95%,处理水DMAC浓度小于5 mg/L.处理后废水的可生化性有明显的改善,BOD_5/COD山0.21提高至0.66;而DMAC的去除基本符合二级动力学规律.

Internal microelectrolysis process was applied to treat industrial wastewater containing N , N-dim-ethylacetamide. The influencing factors such as pH, the volumetic ratio of iron to activated carbon, the diameter of the activated carbon, and the hydraulic retention time were explored. The results show that when the raw wastewater concentration is 50 mg/L, under the optimum conditions of pH = 3. 0, Fe/C = 1 : 1, and HRT = 60 min, the removal rate of DMAC is above 95% ,and the concentration of treated water is below 5 mg/L which adequately satisfies industrial effluent standard; the hiodegradability of the treated wastewater is improved from 0. 21 to 0. 66 of BOD_5/COD. The removal mode of DMAC basically conforms to the rule of second order kinetics.
