A new technique for designing millimeter-wave 11.25°digital phase shifter circuit is presented.The proposed phase shifter was fabricated using a tandem stubs phase shifter for 11.25°at Ka-band.In the operating frequency from 30 GHz to 31 GHz,the VSWR of the phase shifter iS less than 1.65,the insertion loss is less than 3 dB,the phase shift iS fixed around 11.25°and its accuracy iS up to±3°.
