The reason for the sub-prime mortgage crises exist both in market and in government regulation, which is not in place. Strengthening economic law legislation can enhance regulation of the market: firstly, enhance the coordination capacity of the central bank; secondly, strengthen the construction of financial supervision system; thirdly, improve the financial regulatory legislation.
