Along with the network and information society＇s approaching, the sustainable development of Modem Distance Education has become an important issue to discuss and plan day by day.On the basis of the current situation analysis of the distance learning in our country,the article gives the multiple analysis of several key aspects which influence the suatainable development of Modern Distance Education.
