目的 探讨听觉稳态反应(ASSR)在婴幼儿听力筛查中的应用.方法 对2007年12月至2008年12月本院听力门诊32例64耳耳声发射(OAE)无反应的婴幼儿行ASSR测试.结果 32例64耳经OAE无反应的婴幼儿经ASSR 0.5、1、2、4 kHz的电位引出率分别为3.13%(2/64)、6.26%(4/64)、7.81%(5164)、9.39%(6/64),P<0.05;反应阈分别为(80.26±6.68)、(85.68±5.45)、(84.32±4.32)、(86.56±4.26)dB HL,与OAE(26.58±4.52)dB HL比较,P<0.05.结论 ASSR有助于降低婴幼儿听力筛查的假阳性,对婴幼儿听力筛查有推广价值.

Objective To investigate the application of auditory steady state responses (ASSR) in the infants hearing screening. Methods ASSR was tested in 32 cases (64 ears) of infants with no reaction to otoacoustic emission (OAE) in our hospital between December 2007 and December 2008. Results No V wave was educed in the 32 infants (64 ears) with OAE, but the positive educing rates of ASSR were respectively 3.13%(2/64), 6.26%(4/64), 7.81%(5/64), 9.39%(6/64) to the frequencies of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz (P<0.05). The corresponding thresholds with ASSR were (80.26±6.68) , (85.68±5.45) , (84.32± 4.32) and (86.56±4.26) dB HL, as compared to (26.58±4.52) dB HL with OAE (P<0.05). Conclnsion ASSR is helpful to decrease the false positive rate in the infants hearing screening, and therefore appears to be worthwhile for widespread use.
