目的 评价SPOTCHEM-4410分析仪在舰船环境中的临床分析性能.方法 通过SPOTCHEM-4410生化仪在医院实验室内和在航行中检测的结果分别进行比对,评价其结果准确度、批内精密度和批间精密度.结果 SPOTCHEM-4410分析仪在医院实验室内和在航行舰船环境中检测总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆红素(T-Bil)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)6个项目的 测量值相关性较好,相关系数(r)均大于0.975,配对t检验分析结果差异均无统计学意义.批内精密度均在CLIA'88允许误差1/4内,批间精密度均在CLIA'88允许误差1/3内,符合临床实验室质控要求.结论 SPOTCHEM-4410分析仪在航行舰船环境中应用时检测结果准确、稳定,有较好的抗干扰能力.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application analysis performance of the SPOTCHEM-4410 analysator in medical transport ship environment. Methods Detection results in hospital laboratory and medical ship during navigation were measured,then accuracy and precision of the SPOTCHEM-4410 analysator were evaluated, respectively. Results There were positive correlation of total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), bilirubin total (T-Bil), glutamate-pyruvate transaminase (GPT), glutamate-oxalacetic transaminase (GOT) and lactate dehydrogenase( LDH) in the tests before and after navigation ( r > 0. 975, P > 0. 05 ). The error of measurement in medical ship during navigation were lower than 1/4 orl/3 of the CLJA' 88 permissible errors, which was permitted by precision requirement. Conclusions The SPOTCHEM-4410 analysator is accurate, stable and has strong resistance against interference.
