本研究以靛红为原料,经碱化环合反应、缩合、脱水、氧化、脱羧反应分别得到喹啉-2,4-二羧酸和喹啉-4-羧酸,最后经FT-IR、1H-NMR和MS鉴定,与标准图谱相符合。
本研究以靛紅為原料,經堿化環閤反應、縮閤、脫水、氧化、脫羧反應分彆得到喹啉-2,4-二羧痠和喹啉-4-羧痠,最後經FT-IR、1H-NMR和MS鑒定,與標準圖譜相符閤。
본연구이전홍위원료,경감화배합반응、축합、탈수、양화、탈최반응분별득도규람-2,4-이최산화규람-4-최산,최후경FT-IR、1H-NMR화MS감정,여표준도보상부합。
In our study, was based on isatin as raw material to get the target compound through chemical reaction involving alkalization, cyclization, condensation, dehydration, oxidation, decarboxylation. And further, all the compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and MS identify.
