[目的]评价有机硒对仔猪生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响.[方法]选用24头体重15 kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,分成3组,对照组不添加硒,2个补硒组分别添加富硒酵母、亚硒酸钠,其剂量以硒计均为0.3 mg/kg日粮. [结果]① 富硒酵母不能显著提高仔猪的生长性能; ②在30、60 d时,2个补硒组血液中GSH-Px活性、血清中SOD酶活性和全血硒含量均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清中MDA含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);③2个补硒组的肌肉、肾、肝中硒含量均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01).[结论] 有机硒的抗氧化能力优于无机硒,使用有机硒代替无机硒作为仔猪的硒补充剂是必要的.

[결과]① 부서효모불능현저제고자저적생장성능; ②재30、60 d시,2개보서조혈액중GSH-Px활성、혈청중SOD매활성화전혈서함량균현저혹겁현저고우대조조(P<0.05혹P<0.01);혈청중MDA함량균현저저우대조조(P<0.05);③2개보서조적기육、신、간중서함량균겁현저고우대조조(P<0.01).[결론] 유궤서적항양화능력우우무궤서,사용유궤서대체무궤서작위자저적서보충제시필요적.
[Objective] The aim was to evaluate effects of organic selenium sources on growth performanceand anti oxidative capacity in weaned piglets.[Method] A total of 24 weaned piglets (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire ) with body weight of 15 kg were allotted to the 3 groups,of which 2 were assigned for test groups,and one served as control.Two different selenium (Se) sources namely selenium-enriched yeast and sodium selenite were respectively supplemented to 2 growth performance have not been significantly enhanced by selenium-enriched concentration and serum SOD activity in 2 test groups were significantly or very significantly higher than control group; serum MDA level in 2 test groups were and liver in 2 test groups were very significantly higher than control group .[Conclusion] Antioxidant capacity of organic selenium was better than inorganic selenium,it was necessary to use organic selenium to instead of inorganic selenium as selenium supplements.
