[目的]研究白藜芦醇(resveratrol, Res)对几种杨树病原真菌的抑制活性.[方法]以5种杨树病原真菌为材料,用不同浓度的白藜芦醇(丙酮为溶剂)对其进行体外抑制试验.[结果]白藜芦醇对杨树烟炭病菌(Capnodium salicinum Mont.)、杨树穿孔病菌(Alternaria tenuis Nees.)和杨树溃疡病菌(Botryosphaeria ribis Gross. et Dugg.)的抑制效果较好,在浓度为20 mg/m时抑菌率接近40.00%;对杨树白斑病菌(Coniothyrium populicola Miura oo.)仅在浓度较高时有一定程度的抑制;而对杨树炭疽病菌[Glomerella cingnlata (Stonem.) Spauld. et Schrenk.]在各浓度下的抑制率均小于20.00%,抑菌效果不明显.综合考虑抑菌率、方差分析结果以及实际应用中的成本,20 mg/ml可视为白藜芦醇的最佳浓度.[结论]可以考虑将白藜芦醇作为植物源抑菌剂应用于林木真菌病害的防治.

Spauld. et Schrenk.]在各濃度下的抑製率均小于20.00%,抑菌效果不明顯.綜閤攷慮抑菌率、方差分析結果以及實際應用中的成本,20 mg/ml可視為白藜蘆醇的最佳濃度.[結論]可以攷慮將白藜蘆醇作為植物源抑菌劑應用于林木真菌病害的防治.

Spauld. et Schrenk.]재각농도하적억제솔균소우20.00%,억균효과불명현.종합고필억균솔、방차분석결과이급실제응용중적성본,20 mg/ml가시위백려호순적최가농도.[결론]가이고필장백려호순작위식물원억균제응용우림목진균병해적방치.
[Objective] The research aimed to study the fungistatic activity of resveratrol towards Poplar pathogenic fungi. [Method] Different concentrations resveratrol solution were used to examine the fungistatic activity towards 5 kinds of Poplar pathogenic fungi. [Result] Notable inhibition was observed on Capnodium salicinum Mont., Alternaria tenuis Nees. and Botryosphaeria ribis Gross. et Dugg, and the inhibition rates were almost 40.00% when the concentration of resveratrol was only 20 mg/ml. However, resveratrol was effective against Coniothyrium populicola Miura oo. only at high concentrations and didn't display notable inhibition against Glomerella cingnlata (Stonem.) Spauld. et Schrenk.. Taking into consideration of various factors, that the concentration of resveratrol was 20 mg/ml was most favored. [Conclusion] It is reasonable to use resveratrol as vegetable fungistatic agent to fight against forest pathogenic fungi.
