采用均匀实验设计,研究了硬脂酸和乙二醇酯化反应的合成工艺.以对甲苯磺酸和磷酸为复合酸催化剂,用量均为0.8%,硬脂酸∶乙二醇=1∶1.4(摩尔比),反应温度120 ℃条件下,硬脂酸的转化率为93.54%,合成的乙二醇硬脂酸酯珠光效应强,光泽较好.在表面活性剂体系粘度为200~240 mPa·s条件下,珠光剂的用量为1.0%~2.0%,搅拌速度控制在400~600 r/min,室温自然冷却得到的样品珠光光泽最优.

The synthesis technology of the esterification of stearic acid and glycol has been studied by using uniform experimental design.P-Toluence sulphonic acid and phosphoric acid has been used as the catalyst.The optimum process parameters have been obtained.The ratio of stearic acid to glycol is 1 ∶ 1.4(mol ∶ mol),the dose of the catalyst are both 0.8%.The reaction temperature is 120 ℃.Under the above condition,the conversation of stearic acid has been reached 93.54%.The pearlescent effect of glycol stearate is strong and displays a gloss appearance.For improving the pearlescent effect,proper modulating process has been studied.The dose of pearling agent is 1%~2% stirring speed is about 400~600 r/min,viscosity of surfactant system is 200~240 mPa · s,and cooling under room temperature can give a best pearlescent effect.
