目的 探讨基于消化性溃疡临床路径的健康教育方法及其实施效果.方法 将160例消化性溃疡患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各80例,试验组采用基于临床路径的程序化健康教育模式,对照组采用常规诊疗护理模式.结果 出院时,试验组患者对疾病知识掌握程度、对医疗护理满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者的平均住院日、治愈率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 采用基于临床路径的健康教育模式更有利于消化性溃疡患者的照护与康复.

목적 탐토기우소화성궤양림상로경적건강교육방법급기실시효과.방법 장160례소화성궤양환자수궤분위시험조화대조조,각80례,시험조채용기우림상로경적정서화건강교육모식,대조조채용상규진료호리모식.결과 출원시,시험조환자대질병지식장악정도、대의료호리만의도여대조조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).량조환자적평균주원일、치유솔비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 채용기우림상로경적건강교육모식경유리우소화성궤양환자적조호여강복.
Objective To investigate health education methods and result of peptic ulcer based on clinical pathway.Methods Totally 160 peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into Trial group and control group,with 80 in each.The patients in the trial group were given programmed health education model based on clinical pathway,and those in the control group were given conventional medicine model.Results On the time of discharge,the health knowledge mastering degree and satisfaction with medical care of the patients in the trial group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).The differences in average length of hospitalization and curing rate between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of health education model based on clinical pathway is more conducive to care and healing of patients with peptic ulcer.
