基于自主搭建的CPV(聚光光伏)户外测试系统,分析500倍聚光条件下,GaAs多结太阳电池的输出特性,寻求改善电池效率的途径,为聚光系统提供方案.通过实验得出:菲涅尔透镜与电池的距离略小于焦距时,电池的效率最高;若引入二级聚光元件,可以提高聚光电池的效率和功率输出,尤其是在出现系统跟踪偏差时更明显;再者优化散热器散热设计也可以提高电池的效率和功率输出.
基于自主搭建的CPV(聚光光伏)戶外測試繫統,分析500倍聚光條件下,GaAs多結太暘電池的輸齣特性,尋求改善電池效率的途徑,為聚光繫統提供方案.通過實驗得齣:菲涅爾透鏡與電池的距離略小于焦距時,電池的效率最高;若引入二級聚光元件,可以提高聚光電池的效率和功率輸齣,尤其是在齣現繫統跟蹤偏差時更明顯;再者優化散熱器散熱設計也可以提高電池的效率和功率輸齣.

The output characteristics of multijunction GaAs cell were analyzed with CPV on-sun testing system under 500-sun concentration to seek a method to increase the efficiency of solar cell and provide a solution for concentrating system. The test results show that when the distance between Fresnel lens and the cell is slightly less than the focal length, the efficiency of the cell can reach the max; the application of SOE can increase the efficiency and power output of concentrating solar cell especially in the tracking loss; the optimum radiator design also can improve the efficiency and power output of concentrating solar call.
