Bamboo has become China＇s important pulp fiber raw materials because of its excellent fiber properties, but due to Raw material race intensifies, and in order to solve the problem of seasonality bamboo raw material supply, more and more pulp factories change the practice of procuring Bamboo poles from local simply in past, and forced to procure bamboo piece in large quantities from elsewhere .The stand or fall of the management to the bamboo slice heap has become the key to affecting the quality of chemical bam- boo pulp. On the basis of analyzing all hidden trouble during bamboo storage period, This paper puts forward the basic thinking of managing the Outdoor Storage Yard of Bamboo chip .
