研究了河道淤泥自保温烧结多孔砖的原料配比与生产工艺,及其外观性能、物理力学性能、热工性能和环境安全性。结果表明,河道淤泥自保温烧结多孔砖强度等级达到Mul0以上,其各项指标均达到或超过相应的国家标准规定要求。对其砌筑的240mm厚度墙体,采用普通砂浆与20mm无机保温砂浆抹面,其墙体体系热阻分别No.883,0.974m2·K/W,分别满足《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》中节能率50%-~565%的要求。

In this paper, some performance of insulating fired perforated silt bricks are researched, such as, the raw material proportioning, process and the properties of appearance, physics, mechanics, thermal performance, and environmental safety. The tast result shows that the strength grade of the brick is over MU10, and other parameters also reach the requirement stipulated, in national standards. According to the standard of JGJ 134-2010,the inside and outside walls respectively use 20 mm thickness normal mortar and inorganic thermal insulation mortar as coating, the walls of 240 mm thickness thermal resistance are 0.883 and 0.974 m2 ·K/W respectively, they all can satisfy the requirement of energy efficient rate within the range of 50 % - 65 %.
