随着社会环境变化、家族企业发展和女性地位提高,家族企业中女性成员比以往有更多机会接触企业,她们纷纷走出家庭积极参与家族企业的经营和管理,凭借着性别优势以及独特的管理方式,在家族企业中获得了一定的地位。从“女性特质”等角度出发,对家族企业女性成员接班的优势和劣势进行详细分析,结合家族企业女性成员接班的外部障碍,从女性自身、家族企业和社会等方面提出相关对策。
隨著社會環境變化、傢族企業髮展和女性地位提高,傢族企業中女性成員比以往有更多機會接觸企業,她們紛紛走齣傢庭積極參與傢族企業的經營和管理,憑藉著性彆優勢以及獨特的管理方式,在傢族企業中穫得瞭一定的地位。從“女性特質”等角度齣髮,對傢族企業女性成員接班的優勢和劣勢進行詳細分析,結閤傢族企業女性成員接班的外部障礙,從女性自身、傢族企業和社會等方麵提齣相關對策。

As the social environment changing, family enterprise developing and the status of women being improved, there are increasing opportunities for female members in family business to familiar with the circumstance of enterprise. Women leave their family to participate in the operation and management of family business actively, by virtue of the advantage of female gender as well as their own unique way on the management of enterprises, they are integrating into the mainstream economy and having a certain status in family business. This article starts from female members' angle, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of female members succession in family business, describes the external environmental barriers, puts forward some related countermeasures to solve these problems from the perspectives of women themselves, family enterprise and society.
