目的 《临床超声治疗学》教学中施行以问题为基础的教学法,由此探讨培养学生能力、提高该课程教学质量的教学模式.方法 31位研究对象,随机分5个组,每组6人,12课时,按提出问题、进行自学、小组讨论、全班交流、点评总结五个环节进行教学,对教学效果采取问卷调查方式予以评价.结果 调查结果显示,93.6%的学生认为教师设计的问题达到教学目的,71%的学生认为对知识有深刻印象,96.8%的学生表现出良好的学习态度,64.5%的学生提高了学习兴趣,提示该教学模式有效.结论 与LBL教学法相比,PBL教学法在培养学生能力、提高教学质量方面更有优势.

Objective To explore the PBL mode in training students' ability,improve the quality of teaching effect,in the teaching of Clinical therapeutic ultrasound and the teaching method based on problems with discussion method.Methods To 31 subjects of study who were randomly divided into five groups,each 6 people,a PBL teaching mode was used for 12 periods by proposing and study,group discussion,the whole class exchange and commenting on summary.Results The survey shows that 93.6% students think the teachers' design has gained their ends,71% students are impressed by the knowlege and 96.8% of the students show the good learning attitude,64.5% of the students raised their interest in learning,which shows teaching results are effective.Conclusion PBL mode is superior to LBL teaching mode in training students' ability,improving the quality of teaching effect.
