在研究小鼠的基础上进一步研究超声对猪子宫的近远期影响、转归以及剂量与效应的关系.实验结果显示,超声强度为12W/cm2×90s时,光镜下香猪子宫组织学急性表现是子宫内膜机能层水肿.超声强度为20W/cm2×90s时,机能层水肿更明显,但无明显出血灶.肌层仅见淋巴管扩张.电镜示子宫内膜上皮细胞和肌层平滑肌细胞均有线粒体肿胀,最大剂量组可见上皮细胞内有灶性坏死和大、小不等的空泡.超声辐照3月后,子宫内膜、肌层用光镜、电镜观察均未见异常改变.该结果证实,在本研究所用的超声剂量范围内,对猪子宫的影响是一过性的,不会导致疤痕的形成.

This article,based on the researches on mice,intends to make further studies on theshort-term and Long-term effects of the ultrasound on the miniswine uterus.The results revealed,when the ultrasonic intensity was 12W/cm2×90s,the acute histological change of the miniswine uterus was edema of the functional layer of endometrium.When the intensity was 20W/cm2×90s,edema of the functional layer of endometrium became more obvious.But there was no apparent bleeding focuses.In myometrium only lymphatic vessel dilatation was discovered.Electron microscopic examination revealed that there existed mitochondrial swelling both in endometrial epithelial cells and myometrial muscle cells,and among experimental animals under irradiation with largest dosage of ultrasound,necrosis focuses and vacuoles of different size in epitbelial cells could be found.Three months after exposure to Ultrasonic irradiation,no abnormality could be found under both optical and electronic microscopes in uterine endometrium and myometrium.Such result proves that within the range of the ultrasound dosages used in the present research,the effect on the miniswine uterus is temporary and will not cause any scars.
