目的 观察细胞因子信号转导抑制因子1(SOCS-1)在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)中的表达,探讨SOCS-1和HCC的临床、病理特点及术后复发的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测SOCS-1蛋白在41例HCC癌组织、癌旁组织和11例正常肝组织中的表达;分析临床、病理资料,并对上述患者进行随访,根据HCC患者术后复发时间进行生存分析.结果 SOCS-1蛋白在HCC癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中的表达阳性率分别为36.58%、65.85%和81.82%(P<0.01).SOCS-1蛋白表达强度与肿瘤病理分级呈负相关(低分化为17.39%,高分化为61.11%;转移组为12.50%,未转移组为52.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).SOCS-1蛋白表达阳、阴性组患者12月内复发率为分别为14.3%和48.1%(P<0.01).结论 SOCS-1在HCC中表达下调,SOCS-1的低表达在肝癌发生过程中发挥重要作用.SOCS-1可作为一种新的判断HCC患者术后复发和预后的指标.

Objective To investigate the expression of suppressor of cytokine siganaling -1( SOCS-1 ) in hepatocellular cancer (HCC) and its relationship with clinicopathalogic features and postoperative recurrences of HCC. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of SOCS-1 protein in 41 cases of HCC tissues and adjacent tissues and 11 normal liver tissues. The clinical and pathologic data were analyzed. Survival analysis was performed according to the recurrent time of post-operative recurrence. Results The positive expression rate of SOCS-1 protein in HCC tissues and adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues was 36.58% ,65.85% and 81.82% respectively ( P <0.01 ). The expression intensity of SOCS-1 protein was negatively correlated with the pathological grade of tumors (The positive expression rate in poorly differentiated group, well-differentiated group, metastasis group and non-me-tastasis group was 17.39% ,66.11%, 12.50% and 52.00% respectively ( P < 0.01 ). The recurrence rateof patients in groups positive or negative for SOCS-1 protein expression was 14.3% and 48.1% respectively within 12 months (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion The SOCS-1 expression in HCC was down-regulated,and played an important role in the process of hepatocarcinogenesis. SOCS-1 may be used as a new marker to evaluate the postoperative recurrence and prognosis of patients with HCC.
