为了克服呼吸运动对肿瘤精确照射造成的不利影响,在放疗过程中运用各种呼吸控制技术限制肿瘤的呼吸运动范围,尽量减少肿瘤在每一个呼吸周期内的最大位移量,实践证明这些方法都能够有效地提高肿瘤的治疗增益比.我们比较了已有的多种呼吸控制方法的优缺点,并重点介绍了肿瘤呼吸运动位移误差补偿技术的具体实现过程,展望了呼吸运动控制技术的前景.

To overcome the adverse effects on precise tumor irradiation caused by respiratory movement, During the course of radiotherapy,a variety of breathing-control techniques is utilized to limit the range of tumors′ respiratory movement, reduce the maximum displacement of tumor in each breathing period as far as possible, practice has proved that these several methods can improve the treatment gain of the tumors.The advantage and disadvantage during these several existed methods of respiratory control on the base of positively tracking the latest related articles at home and abroad are compared and how to carry out the process of respiratory tumor movement displacement error compensation technology is introduced.
