A pre-processing program for numerical sim-ulation of squeezing casting was developed, which was successfully employed to the pre-processing mesh gen-eration of a squeezing casting housing. Through devel-oping key technologies for treatment of OpenGL image to rapidly draw the image and eliminate the hidden lines, the desirable image was visualized. Through micro-vibration method shifting odd point to modify the hole or cavity defects in the STL files, discrete treatment of uniform mesh generation in the housing was realized. The results verify that the pre-process-ing program exhibits reliable and effective and availa-ble.
