目的 探讨使用膨胀式椎体成形器治疗椎体压缩骨折的临床应用价值.方法 10 例(14椎)骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,使用Sky膨胀式椎体成形嚣进行经皮后凸成形术,比较手术前后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)、椎体前缘高度与Cobb's角的变化.结果 患者术后疼痛明显缓解,椎体前缘高度和Cobb's角有显著改善,无严重并发症.结论 使用Sky的后凸成形术止痛效果良好,能纠正后突畸形,有效恢复并保持椎体高度.

목적 탐토사용팽창식추체성형기치료추체압축골절적림상응용개치.방법 10 례(14추)골질소송성추체압축골절환자,사용Sky팽창식추체성형효진행경피후철성형술,비교수술전후적동통정도(VAS평분)、추체전연고도여Cobb's각적변화.결과 환자술후동통명현완해,추체전연고도화Cobb's각유현저개선,무엄중병발증.결론 사용Sky적후철성형술지통효과량호,능규정후돌기형,유효회복병보지추체고도.
Objective To explore the clinical application value of sky bone expender system in the surgical treatment of vertebral compression frac-ture. Methods Ten aged patients who suffered vertebral fracture(14 vertebras involved)were treated with pereutaneons vertebroplasty and kyphopalsty with application of sky bone expender system, VAS scores, height of vertebral an-terior edge and cobb's angle of before and post operation were compared in statistical method. Result Back pains of all the patients were relieved after op-eration; the height and cobb's angle improved obviously. No serious complica-tion was observed. Conclusion The clinical outcomes of percutaneous verte-broplasty and kyphoplasty with application of sky bone expender system in the surgical treatment of vertebral compression fracture have good effects, which can relieve the patients' back pain immediately, correct the kyphosis de-formity and resume and keep an effective restoration of vertebral height.
