对水位的测量方法中,超声波具有定向性好、能量集中、反射能力强等优点.该研究利用RS-485总线和单片机AT89C52研制开发了一种水位监控系统,其电路由超声波传感器、水位采集模块、主机处理模块等几部分组成.试验结果表明该系统的测量相对误差不超过1%,具有测量准确度高、测量速度快、显示直观、价格低廉、操作方便等特点.

Ultrasonic wave has many advantages in water-level monitoring, such as good orientation, energy concentration, strong reflecting ability etc. A water-level monitoring system was designed by using RS-485 and singlechip AT89C52. The system was composed of ultrasonic wave sensor, water-level measure module and host processing module. The results showed that the relative error of the system was less than 1%, with features of high accuracy, high speed of measurement, display visual, cheap and easy to operate.
