It had been cloned completely that cDNA of cryptochromel gene from Zea Mays through in Silico Cloning.The results of sequence analysis showed that it included 4 exons and 3 introns and this hypothesis protein showed high similarity with Oryza sativa Japonica Group, Hordeum vulgare subsp.Vulgare etc.
