教育的核心不仅是传授知识,更重要的是培养高尚的人格。没有良好的心理素质,就不能保证学生有正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,在以后的人生道路上也很难成人成才。因此在大学生思想政治教育中,要特别注重学生的心理健康教育。本文就辅导员如何做好大学生心理健康教育工作进行了探索。
