建立了毛细管气相色谱分析黄酒中的甜蜜素的方法。先使样品通过沸水浴蒸发干后,在硫酸介质中与亚硝酸钠反应,生成环己醇亚硝酸酯,最后用毛细管柱分离,GC—FID检测甜蜜素含量。结果表明,本方法线性范围为0.1~2.0mg/mL,最低检出限为2mg/kg,加标回收率为95.4%~113.7%,相对标准偏差为2.34%~4.84%。该方法操作简便、快速、精密度好、准确度高,比较适合用于黄酒中甜蜜素含量的测定。

건립료모세관기상색보분석황주중적첨밀소적방법。선사양품통과비수욕증발간후,재류산개질중여아초산납반응,생성배기순아초산지,최후용모세관주분리,GC—FID검측첨밀소함량。결과표명,본방법선성범위위0.1~2.0mg/mL,최저검출한위2mg/kg,가표회수솔위95.4%~113.7%,상대표준편차위2.34%~4.84%。해방법조작간편、쾌속、정밀도호、준학도고,비교괄합용우황주중첨밀소함량적측정。
A method for the determination of sodium cyclamate in yellow rice wine by capillary gas chromatography had been developed. Wine samples dried by evaporation of boiling water bath, and then reacted with sodium nitrite in sulfuric acid medium, then generated cyclohexanol nitrate, the solution finally separated by capillary column, and then detected by GC-FID. The results showed that the linear range was 0.1 2.0 mg/mL, the minimum detection limit was 2 mg/kg, the recovery was 95.4 % -113.7 %, and RSD was 2.34 % -4.84 %. The method was simple, fast and of good precision, high accuracy and more suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate in yellow rice wine.
