目的:目前在野战条件下消毒灭菌多为使用小型消毒锅或消毒挂车,而使用高温高压蒸汽进行消毒工作,对水、电的要求高,且危险性高、工作效率低,影响了卫勤保障能力。遂行多样化卫勤任务急需一种简便可靠、实用性强的消毒灭菌设备。方法:采用三氧代替高压蒸汽进行消毒灭菌,利用三氧的强氧化性杀灭各种病原体,具有消毒作用迅速、无二次污染、造价低廉等特点。工作流程为:首先对密闭容器进行预真空处理,排出空气后产生三氧,达到所需浓度后可保持一定时间。结果:紧密贴合部队实战需要,研究成功后可在部队列装,将彻底改变目前野战条件下高压蒸汽消毒灭菌的局限性,提高卫勤保障能力,具有极高的军事和经济价值。结论:便携式野战预真空三氧消毒灭菌器适合军队野战状态下医疗器械的消毒灭菌工作。

목적:목전재야전조건하소독멸균다위사용소형소독과혹소독괘차,이사용고온고압증기진행소독공작,대수、전적요구고,차위험성고、공작효솔저,영향료위근보장능력。수행다양화위근임무급수일충간편가고、실용성강적소독멸균설비。방법:채용삼양대체고압증기진행소독멸균,이용삼양적강양화성살멸각충병원체,구유소독작용신속、무이차오염、조개저렴등특점。공작류정위:수선대밀폐용기진행예진공처리,배출공기후산생삼양,체도소수농도후가보지일정시간。결과:긴밀첩합부대실전수요,연구성공후가재부대렬장,장철저개변목전야전조건하고압증기소독멸균적국한성,제고위근보장능력,구유겁고적군사화경제개치。결론:편휴식야전예진공삼양소독멸균기괄합군대야전상태하의료기계적소독멸균공작。
Objective: At present, the main way of disinfection is using sterilizing boiler on field work condition, which has high demand of water and elecericity. Because of high dangerous and low efficiency, it influences our safeguard capacity. Diversification defend assignment need a sterilize equipment not only reliable but also practical. Methods: Weadopted 03 instead of high pressure steam to conduct antisepsis, which makes full use of the high oxygen to kill every virus, having the action of prompting disinfect without second time contamination and low cost. The working procedure was : first, disposal of the hermetically sealed chamber, after discharge of air, it absorbed 03, reaching the work concentration and kept fixed time. Finally, there were disposal of the air and discharge of surplus 03. Results: This task was closely combine with practice action, it could install in combat unit after the research succeeded. The new method radically changed the limit of high pressure steam and increased the safeguard capacity. So it has the high military and economic value. Conclusion: The new device is suitable for field sterilization of medical instruments.
