目的观察中草药浸泡治疗化疗相关性手足综合征的疗效.方法接受希罗达化疗的癌症患者31人,其在化疗过程中出现手足综合征共83次(同一患者重复出现此症状),按照其症状出现次数随机分为中药组与对照组进行治疗,比较患者手足综合征毒性降级的时间.结果中药组经中草药浸泡治疗后,手足综合征降级的平均时间较对照组缩短1.6天,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论中草药浸泡治疗化疗相关性手足综合症,改善了化疗患者的生活质量,提高了患者对化疗的耐受性.
목적 관찰중초약침포치료화료상관성수족종합정적료효.방법 접수희라체화료적암증환자31인,기재화료과정중출현수족종합정공83차(동일환자중복출현차증상),안조기증상출현차수수궤분위중약조여대조조진행치료,비교환자수족종합정독성강급적시간.결과 중약조경중초약침포치료후,수족종합정강급적평균시간교대조조축단1.6천,유현저성차이(P＜0.05).결론 중초약침포치료화료상관성수족종합증,개선료화료환자적생활질량,제고료환자대화료적내수성.
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medical drug soaking on chemo-therapy related hand-foot syndrome.Methods Of the total 31 patients treated by Xeleda,81 man-time suffered hand-foot syndrome.The patients of equal grade were divided into two groups randomly.The syndrome downgrading time between two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the downgrading time of the experimental group treated by traditional Chinese medical drug soaking shortened1.6days.The difference was statistical significance (P<O.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medical drug soaking improved patients'living quality and raised patients'tolerance to chemotherapy.
