目的 通过对精神分裂症患者健康教育路径实施标准化管理,探讨精神分裂症患者的最佳健康教育模式.方法 将95例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组47例和对照组48例,研究组按照精神分裂症健康教育路径实施标准化管理,对照组按常规进行健康教育,比较两组患者和家属的相关医学知识掌握程度、患者的遵医行为和康复效果.结果 研究组患者和家属的医学知识掌握情况(87.2%,93.6%)均优于对照组(66.6%,65.4%),差异具有统计学意义(x2 =6.112,8.241;P <0.05);实施前两组患者遵医行为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施后研究组(93.6%)优于对照组(83.3%),差异有统计学意义(x2 =7.215,P<0.05).结论 健康教育路径标准化的实施可提高患者及家属对疾病的认识,提高疾病治疗效果,促进患者精神康复.

Objective To implement standardized management of health education pathway in patients with schizophrenia and to optimize health education model.Methods 95 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The standardized management of health education pathway was implemented in the study group,while the traditional health education was implemented in the control group.The medical knowledge understanding in patients and their families,compliance behavior and rehabilitation performance of patients were evaluated.The differences between the two groups were compared.Results The medical knowledge understanding in patients and their families was better in the study group (87.2% and 93.6% ) than in the control group (66.6% and 65.4% ).The differences were statistically significant (x2 =6.112,8.241; P <0.05).There was no significant difference of compliance behavior before the standardized management of health education pathway was implemented (P >0.05).However,after it was implemented the compliance behavior of the study group (93.6%) was higher than that of the control group (83.3%) and there was significant difference between the two groups (x2 =7.215,P <0.05 ).Conclusions The implementation of standardized management of health education pathway in patients with schizophrenia can help the patients and their families better understand the disease and treatment effect,and promote the mental rehabilitation of patients.
