目的 应用热灭活法检测大批量儿童骨碱性磷酸酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)项目以弥补干化学法测定BALP之不足.方法 采末梢血于生化分析仪上测定灭活前后的碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)值,计算灭活后与灭活前ALP的百分比以筛出疑似阳性病例.热灭活法筛查出的BALP阳性病例,再用干化学法测定其BALP,之后将二种方法的测定结果进行对照.结果 热灭活法筛查出的BALP阳性结果同干化学法测定的BALP结果基本一致.结论 热灭活法检测骨碱性磷酸酶技术具有成本低、检测速度快、可定量分析、适合大批量BALP检测的优点.
目的 應用熱滅活法檢測大批量兒童骨堿性燐痠酶(bone alkaline phosphatase,BALP)項目以瀰補榦化學法測定BALP之不足.方法 採末梢血于生化分析儀上測定滅活前後的堿性燐痠酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)值,計算滅活後與滅活前ALP的百分比以篩齣疑似暘性病例.熱滅活法篩查齣的BALP暘性病例,再用榦化學法測定其BALP,之後將二種方法的測定結果進行對照.結果 熱滅活法篩查齣的BALP暘性結果同榦化學法測定的BALP結果基本一緻.結論 熱滅活法檢測骨堿性燐痠酶技術具有成本低、檢測速度快、可定量分析、適閤大批量BALP檢測的優點.

Objective Assaying the content of bone alkaline phosphatase in childen's large batch samples by the method of heat-inactivity in compensation for the deficiency of dry chemistry.Methods Collecting finger blood and examinging alkaline phosphatase by biochemistry analyzer before and after heat-inactivity of the samples,then calculating the ratio of results between after and before heat-inactivity to filtrate suspect positive cases.Detecting the suspect positive cases by dry chemistry method,comparing the results of the two methods.Results The positive results of this method are in accord with the results of dry chemistry.Conclusion In contrast with dry chemistry method, the method of heat-inactivity is in possession of the characteristics of lower cost,quick analysis,quantity,fitting for large batch samples asssaying,etc.
