应用流水槽法(模拟现场流水法)野外测定了诏安湾菲律宾蛤仔的滤水率,6、8和10月份,菲律宾蛤仔的壳长(cm)分别为3.54±0.21、3.50±0.22和3.72士0.24;软体部干重(g)分别为0.55±0.06、0.57±0.07和0.52±0.11.6、8和10月份,以颗粒有机物(POM)为指标的个体滤水率(L/h)分别为1.17±1.16、1.35±1.00和0.62±0.28;以叶绿素a(Chl a)为指标的个体滤水率(L/h)分别为1.50±0.77、1.41±0.64和1.53±0.79.以POM为指标的单位干重滤水率(L/(g·h))分别为2.18±2.29、2.28±1.63和1.30±0.75:以Chl a为指标的单位干重滤水率(L/(g·h))分别为2.78±1.05、2.55±0.81和3.01±0.87.无论是以POM为指标,还是以Chl a为指标,不同月份的个体滤水率之间和单位干重滤水率之间均无显著差异(19>0.01).除10月外,无论是以POM为指标,还是以Chl a为指标.相同月份的个体滤水率之间和单位干重滤水率之间均无显著差异(P<0.01).并就影响滤水率的一些环境因素和试验方法进行了讨论.

The filtration rates of the short-neck clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) on natural seston in Zhaoan gulf were determined by a semi-in situ method . The shell length of the experimental clam in June, August and October were 3.54±0.21,3.50±0.22 and 3.72±0.24cm respectively;while the corresponding dry weight of the soft tissue were 0.55±0.06,0.57±0.07 and 0.52±0.11g.The filtration rates per calm with POM (Paniculate organic matter) index were 1.17±1.16,1.35±1.00 and 0.62± 0.28 L/h .The filtration rates per calm with Chla(Chlorophyll a) index were 1.50±0.77,1.41 ±0.64 and 1.53±0.79L/h.The fil-tration rates per g (Dw) with POM index were 2.18±2.29,2.28±1.63 and 1.30±0.75 L/(g.h);The filtration rates per g (Dw) with Chl a index were 2.78±1.05,2.55±0.81 and 3.01±0.87 L/(g.h). Whether the index was POM or Chi a, there were no significant differences between the filtration rates per clam in different months, and neither the filtration rates per g (Dw) in different months (P>0.01). Except in October, whether the index was POM or Chl a, there were no significant differences between the filtration rates per clam in different months, and neither the filtration rates per g (Dw) in different months (P>0.01). Some environmental factors influencing the filtration rates and the determining methods were also discussed in this paper.
