采用固相反应法制备了Z型六方铁氧体(Ba_3Co_2Fe_(24)O_(41)).研究了MnCO_3掺杂量对Z型六方铁氧体的显微结构、电磁性能的影响.结果表明:掺杂MnCO_3时,Z型六方铁氧体的高频电磁性能得到了显著提高;当w(MnCO_3)为0.6%时,Z型六方铁氧体的起始磁导率μ_i和300 MHz时的Q值分别从12.3和6.3提高到了13.6和15.2;同时其ε'和300 MHz时的tanδ分别从82.0和0.13降低到了20.4和0.02,有望成为高频电感用材料.

Z-type hexaferrites(Ba_3Co_2Fe_(24)O_(41)) were prepared by a solid-state reaction method. Effects of MnCO_3-doped amounts on the microstructure and electromagnetic properties of Z-type hexaferrites were investigated. It is found that the high-frequency electromagnetic properties of Z-type hexaferrites are improved remarkbly by doped MnCO_3. When w(MnCO_3)= 0.6%, the initial permeability and magnetic quality factor Q value at 300 MHz increase from 12.3 and 6.3 to 13.6 and 15.2, the e′ and tanδ decrease from 82.0 and 0.13 to 20.4 and 0.02 at 300 MHz. The electromagnetic properties of Z-type hexaferrites satisfy the requirements of producing inductors for high-frequency.
