目的:探讨螺旋CT低剂量扫描及图像后处理技术在食道异物中的诊断价值.方法:30例临床怀疑有食道异物患者,用3组不同的管电流(40、120、200mA)行螺旋CT胸部扫描.进行VR等后处理技术重建,由2名放射科医师分析3组图像的质量、异物显示情况、食道异物检出情况,将结果进行统计学分析.结果:各组可符合临床诊断要求的后处理图像差异无统计学意义.40、120、200mA扫描诊断的准确性都为100%.结论:低剂量扫描及后处理技术可明确诊断食道异物,并可作为电子内窥镜检前的筛查确定手术路径.螺旋CT低剂量扫描技术不影响图像后处理效果,可清楚显示病变,适用于食道异物患者的检查.

Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of low-dose spiral CT scanning and image post-processing technology in the esophageal foreign body. Methods: A total of 30 cases with suspected esophageal foreign body,underwent spiral CT chest scan with 3 different sets of tube current (40,120,200 mA). And VR post-processing techniques were used for reconstruction, Image quality, foreign body shown and the esophageal foreign body detection of three groups were statistically analyzed by two radiologists. Results:The difference of groups meeting the requirements of the clinical diagnosis of post-treatment images was not statistically significant. Diagnostic accuracies of 40 120 and 200 mA scan were all 100%.Conclusion: Low-dose scanning and post-processing technology can accurately diagnose esophageal foreign body,and determine the path of surgery the screening before as an electronic endoscopies. Low-dose spiral CT scanning technology does not affect the image post-processing effects, and can clearly demonstrate lesions, which makes it applicable to the esophageal foreign body inspection.
