本研究选取三峡库区36个生长地点的青蒿,对影响叶片青蒿素含量的因子和遗传多样性进行分析.研究结果表明,叶片青蒿素含量与生物量、遮阴度、土壤中速效K、速效P和碱解N均达到极显著水平,青蒿素含量主要由阳光和肥料因子、株高因子、生物量因子和海拔因子共4个因子决定.ISSR分析结果表明青蒿种质资源的遗传距离在0.102~0.525 4之间,平均为0.361 4;进一步进行聚类分析,将36个青蒿材料分为4类群.该研究为获得高含量青蒿素的野生青蒿提供理论依据.

In this research,we employed thirty-six Artemisiae annie L.from different area in three gorges reservoir area to be as materials for analyzing the factors of affecting its artemisininum conteant and genetic diversity.The results showed that significant differences in artemisininum content among biomass,over cover degree,K,P,and N in soil.and the artemisininum content was determined by four factors of the sun and fertilizer factor,the height factor,biomass factor and an elevation factor.ISSR analysis demonstrated that the genetic distance between Artemisiae annie L.germplasms ranged from 0.102 to 0.525 4 cM,with an average of 0.361 4 cM.Further research,thirty-six varieties were classified into four groups based on cluster analysis.This study would provide theoretical basis for obtaining high conteant artemisininum of wild Artemisiae annie L.
