According to the analysis of the current hilly urban drainage pipe system in Three Gorges Reservoir region and the topography features of hilly city,the drainage system for hilly city was established.Taking Tangjiatuo Wastewater Treatment Plant pipe network layout as an case study because Chongqing is a typical hilly city,this paper made a concrete analysis of the drainage system and pipe network layout selection in hilly city and selected the best plan by the comparisons about the economy,techniques and construction conditions.
