针对利用PDMS软件进行电厂管路系统三维建模后无法即时对模型进行相应流体计算的问题,提出应用可编程宏语言PML对PDMS软件进行二次开发,使其可以与应用程序语言Java编写的电厂管路系统流体计算进行无缝连接,实现了从PDMS软件输出包含管路布置及流体设置信息的中介文本,并由流体计算软件读取该文本进行流体计算的功能.以某电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组高压给水系统管道为例,对其管路各处的流动阻力、压力和流量进行了计算,结果表明:利用扩展功能后的PDMS软件计算得到的结果与手工计算结果一致.

Aiming at the problem that corresponding real-time hydraulic calculation couldn't be realized for the model after software PDMS was used to build three-dimensional model for the piping system of the power plant, it was proposed to use the Programmable Macro Language (PML) to carry out the second development for the software. Then PDMS can be connected seamlessly to the hydraulic calculation software written in application program lanuguage Java for the piping system of the power plant, thus software PDMS can export the intermediary text containing information of piping arrangement and fluid setting which can be read by the hydraulic calculation software to realize the function of hydraulic calculation.Taking the piping of the high pressure water feeding system of 1 000 MW ultra-supereritical unit in certain power plant as an example, the flow resistance, pressure and flow rate of the piping were calculated. Results show that the results calculated by the improved software PDMS with expanding functions conform to the manual calculated results.
