目的探讨股骨颈骨折老年患者应用髋关节置换术,尽早最大限度地恢复功能、减轻疼痛的围手术期护理要点.方法对我院2006年1月-2011年12月96例股骨颈骨折行人工髋关节置换术的老年患者围手术期采用整体化护理模式,并对临床观察和心理护理等方法进行系统回顾总结.结果全髋关节置换术手术成功与围手术期的高质量护理是密不可分的,96例患者1例发生消化道出血,2例出现静脉栓塞,其余无术后并发症,均在术后2～3周出院.结论正确的围手术期护理和康复锻炼能有效减少并发症的发生,远期效果良好,从而提高患者的生活质量.

Objective To investigate the key points of perioperative treatment on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture around total hip replacement(THR),restore the function of hip joint and relieve pain of surgery as soon as possible.Methods From January 2006 to December 2011 in oar hospital,96 cases of elderly patients hip arthroplasty perioperative with femoral neck fracture were cared by integration model,through the clinical observation and nursing method such as review system.Results The effect of THR had a inseparative relation to quality of perioperative care.In 96 cases, one had gastrointestinal hemorrhage,two had venous embolism,and others left hospital in 2 ～ 3 weeks without postoperative complications.Conclusion Correct perioperative care and rehabilitation training can decrease complications effectively, improve the quality of life of THR patients and has good long-term therapeutic efficacy.
