Single row tube is one kind of basic heat exchange element for direct air cooled condensers (ACC). The research on the flow and heat transfer performance in air side of the single row tube is of great importance for the optimal design of air cooled condensers. By using the FLUENT numerical heat transfer sofiware, the three dimensional numerical simulation for air side of single row tube under the conditions of different fin spacing was accomplished, and its flow field and temperature field were analyzed and studied. The result can be used as reference for optimal design of direct ACC system.
