建立了基于氢化物发生火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血清中硒的方法.血样在180±10℃的条件下用硝酸-高氯酸进行快速消解,然后用浓盐酸将6价硒还原为4价硒,再用硼氢化钠将4价硒还原为硒化氢,血清经消解和稀释后取样4.0μg进行测定.该方法具有灵敏、准确、快速和简便等诸多优点,其中的特征浓度、检出限、变异系数、回收率和线形范围分别为2.93μg/L、1.55μg/L、3.3%-5.4%、99.2%-103.4%和1.65-320.0μg/L.对国产氢化物发生器的普及有重大的现实意义.

The selenium in blood serum blood samples were dispelled under 180±10℃ by nitric acid-perchloric acid,then were reduced to quadrivalence selenium by hydrochloric acid,and further to hydrogen selenide by hydroboration sodium,and determined by hydride generation atomic absorptionspectrometry.The method i8 sensitive,accurate,fast and simple.The characteristic concentration,detection limit,the coefficient of variation,the recovery and linear scope were 2.93μg/L,1.55μg/L,3.3%-5.4%,99.2%-103.4%and 1.65-320.0μg/L,respectively.The method has great practical significance for the domestically produced hydride generator's popularization.
