目的研究尿毒症血透患者的超声心动图(UCG)特征。方法分析38例尿毒症血透患者的M型及二维UCG和临床资料。结果①32例(84.2%)UCG异常改变；②5例(13.1%)少至中等量心包积液，二尖瓣与主动脉瓣钙化各4例(21.1%)；③10例(26.3%)符合尿毒症性心肌病，8例(21.1%)疑有心肌缺血性损伤等。结论本组患者84.2%有轻重程度不等的UCG异常，左室肥大、室间隔增厚和左室舒缩功能异常等是其UCG主要特征；13.1%～26.3%并发透析后心包炎、尿毒症性心肌病和心肌缺血性损伤等心脏并发症。
목적연구뇨독증혈투환자적초성심동도(UCG)특정。방법분석38례뇨독증혈투환자적M형급이유UCG화림상자료。결과①32례(84.2%)UCG이상개변；②5례(13.1%)소지중등량심포적액，이첨판여주동맥판개화각4례(21.1%)；③10례(26.3%)부합뇨독증성심기병，8례(21.1%)의유심기결혈성손상등。결론본조환자84.2%유경중정도불등적UCG이상，좌실비대、실간격증후화좌실서축공능이상등시기UCG주요특정；13.1%～26.3%병발투석후심포염、뇨독증성심기병화심기결혈성손상등심장병발증。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of ultrasonicardiogram (UCG) for the hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods M-mode and two-dimensional UCG were analyzed in 38 hemodialysis cases with uremia.Results 32 cases(84.2%) showed abnormality in UCG,5 cases(13.1%) showed mild to moderate pericardial effusion,8 cases(21.2%,4/4) showed mitral and aortic calcification,10 cases(26.3%) suffered from uremic myocardisis.Myocardial ischemic damage was found in 8 cases.Conclusion Left ventricular enlarged,interventricular septum thickened and abnormal diastolic-systolic function of left ventricular are the main characteristics of UCG.13.1%～26.3% cases are complicated with pericarditis,uremic myocardiosis and myocardial ischemic damage after hemodialysis.
