目的:了解放疗后,狗下颌种植体周围骨密度的变化情况。材料和方法:8只成年雄性杂种狗,体重20~22kg,拔除双侧下颌第3、4前磨牙和第1磨牙,3个月后,给予左侧下颌无牙区,单一剂量15Gy的放射线照射,隔3个月后将狗分成两组,一组在纯钛种植体植入前后,接受高压氧治疗;一组不接受高压氧治疗。种植术后1个半月和3个月,分别以麻醉过量致死方式取材,用双能X-线骨密度仪,测量放疗后狗下颌种植体周围骨密度的变化情况。结果:同一只狗放疗侧骨密度低于非放疗侧;放疗后6个月狗左右侧骨密度差别,大于放疗后4个半月;高压氧治疗组这种差别则不明显。结论:放疗干扰了狗下颌骨的正常新陈代谢,降低了骨密度,而高压氧的辅助治疗,可减轻这种影响。
目的:瞭解放療後,狗下頜種植體週圍骨密度的變化情況。材料和方法:8隻成年雄性雜種狗,體重20~22kg,拔除雙側下頜第3、4前磨牙和第1磨牙,3箇月後,給予左側下頜無牙區,單一劑量15Gy的放射線照射,隔3箇月後將狗分成兩組,一組在純鈦種植體植入前後,接受高壓氧治療;一組不接受高壓氧治療。種植術後1箇半月和3箇月,分彆以痳醉過量緻死方式取材,用雙能X-線骨密度儀,測量放療後狗下頜種植體週圍骨密度的變化情況。結果:同一隻狗放療側骨密度低于非放療側;放療後6箇月狗左右側骨密度差彆,大于放療後4箇半月;高壓氧治療組這種差彆則不明顯。結論:放療榦擾瞭狗下頜骨的正常新陳代謝,降低瞭骨密度,而高壓氧的輔助治療,可減輕這種影響。
목적:료해방료후,구하합충식체주위골밀도적변화정황。재료화방법:8지성년웅성잡충구,체중20~22kg,발제쌍측하합제3、4전마아화제1마아,3개월후,급여좌측하합무아구,단일제량15Gy적방사선조사,격3개월후장구분성량조,일조재순태충식체식입전후,접수고압양치료;일조불접수고압양치료。충식술후1개반월화3개월,분별이마취과량치사방식취재,용쌍능X-선골밀도의,측량방료후구하합충식체주위골밀도적변화정황。결과:동일지구방료측골밀도저우비방료측;방료후6개월구좌우측골밀도차별,대우방료후4개반월;고압양치료조저충차별칙불명현。결론:방료간우료구하합골적정상신진대사,강저료골밀도,이고압양적보조치료,가감경저충영향。
Objective: To study the changes of bone mineral density(BMD) after irradiation on dog mandibles. Methods: Eight dogs underwent extraction of the mandible third、 fourth premolar and first molar to create edentulous regions. Three months later, the left mandible of each dog was irradiated with a single 15-Gy dose. The right side served as control. After another three months, four titanium implants were inserted in each mandible. The dogs were divided into two groups. One group was received the adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy before and after implant insertion. BMD was measured at 45 and 90 days after surgery. Results: BMD was less in the irradiated side than in the nonirradiated side. The difference between two sides was larger in 6-month group after irradiation than in 4.5-month group. This phenomenon was not obvious in HBO groups. Conclusion: Radiation disturbed the bone regeneration, decreased the bone density. HBO therapy is an effective method of restoring irradiation-damaged bone.
