目的:观察DM患者无(A组)与有(B组)血管病变时的血管内皮功能、纤溶活性及血小板活化状态的变
化。方法:vwF用免疫电泳法,TM和GMP-140用ELISA法,t-PA和PAI-1用发色底物显色法,PAgT比浊法。结
果:(1)vWF:Ag、TM、PAI-1和GMP-1404项指标,DM及其两个亚组都高于对照组,B组高于A组。(2)t-PA,B组
高于对照组和A组。(3)PAgT,仅见B组高于对照组。以上的差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结
论:(1)DM早期即有血管内皮细胞损伤,发生血管病变则增高更为显著。(2)DM凝血与纤溶调节处于较高水平,
PAI-1相对升高,系诱发血栓形成的危险因素。(3)血浆GMP-140为反映血小板活化敏感的指标。

화。방법:vwF용면역전영법,TM화GMP-140용ELISA법,t-PA화PAI-1용발색저물현색법,PAgT비탁법。결
과:(1)vWF:Ag、TM、PAI-1화GMP-1404항지표,DM급기량개아조도고우대조조,B조고우A조。(2)t-PA,B조
고우대조조화A조。(3)PAgT,부견B조고우대조조。이상적차이균유현저성의의(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결
론:(1)DM조기즉유혈관내피세포손상,발생혈관병변칙증고경위현저。(2)DM응혈여섬용조절처우교고수평,
PAI-1상대승고,계유발혈전형성적위험인소。(3)혈장GMP-140위반영혈소판활화민감적지표。
Objective:To investigate the changes of endothelium function (vWF, TM), fibrolysis activity (t-PA, PAI-1), and
platelet activity in patients with (group A) and without (group B) diabetic angiopathies. Method:vWF was detected by im
munoeletrophoresis. TM and GMP-140 were examined by ELISA. t-PA and PAI-1 were determined by ehromogenic assay.
PAgT was certained by turbidimetry. Results:The concentration of vWF,TM,PAI-1 ,and GMP-140 in blood were higher in
both group A and group B than those in control group,and were higher in group B than those in group A. The concentration
of t-PA was higher in group B than that in group A and control group. PAgT was higher in group B than that in control
group ( P<0.05). Conclusion: The vessel endothelia are damaged in the early phase of DM, and this damage is more serious
in patients with angiopathies. The dangerous factor of thrombosis are high level of coagulation and fibrolysis, and increased
PAI-1. GMP-140 is a sensitive indicator for platelet activation.
