用于降低排放的催化转化器已经成为汽车不可或缺的重要装置，为进一步优化设计催化转化器，必须对催化器的各方面影响因素进行全面分析，以得到最佳匹配，使新型催化器的使用环境达到最佳。为此通过A NSYS-CFD（计算流体力学）对催化器内部温度场和流场进行数值模拟，结合比较不同设计因素对催化器内部温度场和流场的影响。

The catalys t converter which is used to reduce the emissions has become one of the importan t devices in the automobile．In order to optimize the catalysts design more deep ly，we analyse all the factors and try to find the best work environment of this catalyst．So we use ANSYS-CFD to simulate the temperature and fluid feld in the c onverter and compare the different facto rs effects．
