目的在皮内注药治疗遗尿症及内脏痛有效的基础上,研究皮肤与内脏相关的初级神经元和交感神经元分布规律.方法通过家兔静脉注射伊文氏蓝( Evans Blue),胃内注入甲醛致胃伤害性刺激,观察皮肤渗漏斑,找出皮肤牵涉区;在牵涉区皮肤和胃黏膜分别注射辣根过氧化物酶( HRP)和荧光素核黄( NY)用神经逆行追踪法分别观察初级神经元和交感神经元分布规律.结果家兔胃痛的皮肤牵涉区在肩及肩胛区,在牵涉区皮肤和胃黏膜分别注射 HRP和 NY在 C8~ T8脊神经节和交感神经节相互重叠.结论胃痛的皮肤牵涉区与胃黏膜初级神经元分布的特点是在脊神经节呈节段性分布且相互重叠,在交感神经节呈弥散性分布,无节段性分布,也相互重叠,这可能是皮内注药治疗内脏痛的神经基础.
目的在皮內註藥治療遺尿癥及內髒痛有效的基礎上,研究皮膚與內髒相關的初級神經元和交感神經元分佈規律.方法通過傢兔靜脈註射伊文氏藍( Evans Blue),胃內註入甲醛緻胃傷害性刺激,觀察皮膚滲漏斑,找齣皮膚牽涉區;在牽涉區皮膚和胃黏膜分彆註射辣根過氧化物酶( HRP)和熒光素覈黃( NY)用神經逆行追蹤法分彆觀察初級神經元和交感神經元分佈規律.結果傢兔胃痛的皮膚牽涉區在肩及肩胛區,在牽涉區皮膚和胃黏膜分彆註射 HRP和 NY在 C8~ T8脊神經節和交感神經節相互重疊.結論胃痛的皮膚牽涉區與胃黏膜初級神經元分佈的特點是在脊神經節呈節段性分佈且相互重疊,在交感神經節呈瀰散性分佈,無節段性分佈,也相互重疊,這可能是皮內註藥治療內髒痛的神經基礎.
목적재피내주약치료유뇨증급내장통유효적기출상,연구피부여내장상관적초급신경원화교감신경원분포규률.방법통과가토정맥주사이문씨람( Evans Blue),위내주입갑철치위상해성자격,관찰피부삼루반,조출피부견섭구;재견섭구피부화위점막분별주사랄근과양화물매( HRP)화형광소핵황( NY)용신경역행추종법분별관찰초급신경원화교감신경원분포규률.결과가토위통적피부견섭구재견급견갑구,재견섭구피부화위점막분별주사 HRP화 NY재 C8~ T8척신경절화교감신경절상호중첩.결론위통적피부견섭구여위점막초급신경원분포적특점시재척신경절정절단성분포차상호중첩,재교감신경절정미산성분포,무절단성분포,야상호중첩,저가능시피내주약치료내장통적신경기출.
Aim To study the distribution regulation of primary neurons and sympathetic neurons of skin associated with viscera on the theoretical basis of treating visceral pain by intracutaneous- injection drug.Methods By intravenously injecting Evans Blue dye,then injecting the formaldehyde into the stomach of rabbits for making the models of gastric noxious stimulation, the skin extravasation plots were observed and the skin referral area was found out.Moreover,the distribution regulation of primary neurons and sympathetic neurons were observed respectively by injecting HRP into the referral area and NY into the gastric mucosa respectively using neural retrograde tracing method.Results The pain referral area of rabbit was in the shoulder and scapular region.After injecting HRP into the referral area and NY into the gastric mucosa respectively,the C8- T8 spinal ganglion and sympathetic ganglion were superposed with each other.Conclusion The distribution characteristics of primary neurons in skin referral area and gastric mucosa are that spinal ganglions present segmental distribution and superposing with each other,moreover,sympathetic ganglions present diffused distribution and have no segmental distribution,which may be the neural basis of treating visceral pain by intracutaneous- injection drug.
